This six-week class for people who experience ongoing neck and shoulder pain and to teachers who work with people in pain.
Each class will be a bit different, but will generally include 10 minutes of conversation about a pain relief technique, a 45 minute practice that connected body, breath and mind and will close with a relaxation practice.
While yoga is not a substitute for medical care, we can use it as a complementary resource to help balance the nervous system and to enhance our well-being.
