Join me for personalized online therapeutic yoga session to connect body, breath and mind while easing discomfort, improving immunity, and overall well being.

 While yoga is not a substitute for medical care, we can use it as a complementary resource to help balance the nervous system and to enhance our well-being. 





As a trauma informed teacher and yoga therapist in training, I love teaching yoga for beginners and working with students 1:1. I would love to help you find a sustainable movement practice that works for you. My sequencing will guide you through poses at a smooth steady pace, creating a physical and psychological feeling of balance.  

I am currently part of the 2019 cohort of the 1000+ hour yoga therapist training program at Yoga Therapy Toronto and am excited to share my learning with you.



I have over a decade of corporate and governance experience in the private, public and not for profit sectors. I currently oversee the Bajaj Family Foundation and regularly present on conferences about career development and leadership for women and persons of colour.  I would love to share my insights in accessible ways, with tangible practices you can use now.



As a certified event and meeting manager, and a former resterauteur I have planned large scale events and milestone events for over a decade. My event planning in Toronto includes PRIDE TO 2008, Toronto For Everyone at Honest Ed's, and the Live Well Festival with bollywood celebrity Pooja Batra.  I would love to help bring your vision for a celebration to life.
